This is to remind all clubs and their members of the Special General Meeting,  which will be held on Saturday 2nd October 2021 at 9:00am in Banqueting Suite, DeVere Conference Centre, Beeston Lane, University of Nottingham, NOTTINGHAM, NG7 2RJ

Please note that this livestream will just be for those wishing to observe – there will be no facility to vote on the resolutions online. However, this is something which National Council is actively looking into for the future.

The following items of documentation were sent out to all club officers on 25^thAugust, but here they are again:

* Proxy Voting Delegates Form (for clubs not sending a delegate) FORM B .

Please ensure that the person attending the SGM on your behalf has a downloaded copy of the Notice & Agenda . More copies will be available on the day. Please appoint a Voting Delegate and discuss the resolutions and elections in the Order Paper with your members before they attend, so your Voting Delegate is qualified to vote correctly on your behalf. Copies of the Order Paper can be downloaded from our website in PDF format should you wish to e-mail a copy to your members whose details are not fully registered on CAS.

For those attending the SGM as the Voting Delegate, please ensure the Chairman or Secretary completes and signs the Voting Delegate Form (Form A) and they bring the completed Form with them to the SGM to register. Failure to follow this may prejudice your Club’s vote.

If you are appointing a Proxy Voting Delegate on your behalf, you need to complete the Proxy Voting Delegate Form (Form B) and send it to me to arrive no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday 29^th September 2021. Forms received after this date will be invalid. Please see the separate notes/information on Proxy Voting .

Please note anyone in 41 Club can attend the SGM and observe. There is no limit on numbers – everyone is welcome! If a member cannot attend in person, they can use the livestream link above.
