We have a few rooms still available and the hotel has agreed to let us keep those on allocation until the end of June. So if you have not already booked, or if you know of members who have not, you have just a few weeks before bookings close.

If you have booked a hotel package please remember that your card will be debited with your deposit in June, with the second charge made in September. The balance will be charged to your card on arrival.

This promises to be another wonderful weekend of fellowship and continued friendship. We hope that you won’t feel too rusty after it’s over.
