The heavy storms last night forced the cancellation of our annual “Billy Boules”, petanque match against Costa Blanca 41 Club.

Instead, we all met up for the tapas evening, planned as the victory dinner.

Steve Moores was our coordination link, with Gordon Macnab, chairman of the Costa Blanca club the organiser.

30 plus of us enjoyed a great evening of fellowship.

And no one had to struggle to remember who won.

Gordon ended the evening by thanking everyone for turning out, despite the storms, and our own chairman, Malcolm Lee thanked Gordon and our Javea hosts for a fun time.
