Dear friends,
You may recall that, for the last two years, I have organised a Charity Sunday Lunch. The proceeds from the first Lunch was placed at the disposal of Calpe 41 Club and last year the Rotary Fellowship of Costa Blance North dispensed the funds that were raised. This year I intend to give the Rotary Fellowship Club of Calpe any money raised to augment their Christmas Charity Lunch effort.
I will be in touch with you all shortly with complete details but I take this opportunity to confirm that the date will be (as in the past) the last Sunday in October which this year is 29th October 2017.
The venue is the same as last year which is the INTERNATIONAL Restaurant on the La Fossa Promenade (Close to the Esmerelda Hotel) at 1pm.
I am sure you will also be pleased to know that Tiit, who plays base saxophone with recorded backing, will once again be entertaining us throughout the lunch and afternoon.
As I stated earlier, I shall be sending further details of the Event including menu choices and cost.
In the meantime, may I urge you to support this very enjoyable Fund-raiser by bringing along friends and family but most importantly, yourselves.
