Those of you who have been around for a while may well remember Bob Oxley.

I have just heard from his daughter Jo that he passed away in his sleep on Monday.

His funeral will be on 2nd August at 4 pm at Bierton Crematorium, followed by a get-together at The Barn in Bierton.

Bob followed me as Chairman of the Costa Blanca 41 Club in 2011 and then served for several years as treasurer.

May he rest in peace.
