Our lovely friend, Marie, whose husband Max was a founder member has been receiving treatment for cancer for some weeks now. In a gap between therapy she was able to visit her daughter Maxine and family in the US.

While there her condition has worsened and she is now receiving palliative care, supported by the hospice at home service.

She sleeps most of the time, but is surrounded by her family in a calm and loving environment.

We have sent Marie and Maxine our love.
