NOTICE

The Annual General Meeting of Calpe and District 41 Club will be held at Restaurante Gran Sol at 12.00 on Wednesday May 3rd, to be followed by lunch.

The purpose of the meeting is to

Receive and approve the accounts

Receive reports of activity in the past year

Elect and appoint officers for the year ahead

Agree subscriptions for the current year

Agree social plans

Deal with any other items previously identified and communicated to Past Chairman Stuart Badman.
